They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or at least many say so. So I'm here with my meal.
Corned beef, egg and rice. Rice rich of carbohydrates for energy for the rest of the day... Or after four hours. Egg and processed meat for the protein needed. Not sure though about the healthy benefits of processed meat as it can be harmful. But well, that is what is available here so I'll take it. It's still food anyways. This might then reduced my life span, unless I exercise or do something to excrete the possible bad toxins that I've taken from these.
Then again maybe we need toxins once in a while so that our body can test its immune system power. At least in our life we are able to eat different kinds of find.
Well, I guess it's all about balance. Eat good food for good health and eat nasty food sometimes to have a taste of the other things life has to offer to us.
