My day starts off with a cup of coffee and camera in hand to walk around my gardens to enjoy mother nature's little gems. If you are an avid gardener and you have planted your gardens so that there is always something blooming throughout the seasons, you will relate to the joy I feel when I see something blooming. From year to year I tend to forget that I have certain plants in my yard until .... there they are. It is always a nice surprise to see them once again. Do you experience the same thing in your gardens?
This photo is of Cordyalis Lutea which is one of those plants that love the shady spot in your yard. I have this one planted on the North side of my house along with another some hostas. They are blooming this week and look so cheery. Enjoy your gardens.
