Am happy to be here with you guys in todayβs Creative Sunday to share and teach you of how you can make some pan banana muffins since you donβt need to worry about the baking tray that has inbuilt baking cups in it.
With this system I used, you can make and bake your muffins using small pans of any shape to satisfy your crave for banana muffins with or without eggs π₯.
To prepare this recipe, I decided not to use egg π₯ but to make it more of plant π± base for vegan delight since I have added caramelized sesame seeds as toppings. Its a recipe that is simple and straightforward without time consuming..
Here I will take you along to show you some other ingredients and steps to prepare this delicious tea π΅ time breakfast π³ .
INGREDIENTS:
2 large bananas π
150 g of all purpose flour
100 g of oats flakes
30 g of premium sugar
2 tablespoons of caramelized
sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Some vegetable oil
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To begin this recipe , we will first peel and mash the banana π
Step 2.
We add some vegetable oil into the mashed banana and stir them together to incorporate.
Step 3.
We add the other ingredients, the baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla and cinnamon powder and sugar.
Stir them all together evenly.
Step 4.
Next we add the all purpose flour and the oats flakes to the mixture,
Stir gradually to obtain a batter.
Step 5.
Next is to glaze the washed dried pans with some oil .
Step 6.
And take the batter into the pans with a spoon, measuring them equally and introducing the caramelized sesame seeds.
Step 7.
And here I added the caramelized sesame seeds as toppings.
Step 8.
Once its ready, I will put them into the preheated oven to bake at 180 Celsius for 40 minutes.
Step 9.
And once time elapses, we remove and allow to cool down.
Step 10.
And finally we have our eggless pan banana muffins ready and served. And I have allowed it in the oven for extra time to give it a bit of tan color. Its so delicious and delightful with every bite irresistible. Make this muffin in your own version to treat yourself and your loved π₯° ones.
