HELLO EVERYONE!
Here I go again, craving for Pancit! As what I have always said Cagayan Valley is a home of assorted Pancit. You will never fail to find a panciteria in every town and each has its own flavor and toppings.
Last Sunday, I and my pal Kevin went on a trip using my Honda Click 150i motorcycle to Tuguegarao City. Hell yeah that was a two and a half hour road trip but usually less than two hours if not because of traffic and road constructions. We travelled to visit the newly opened Robinson's Mall erected.
We wandered at the Mall and sufficed ourselves with various beautiful faces and familiarized with different establishments. We got hunger strike but people were everywhere and all food stalls were full. So I and Kevin decided to look for Panciteria outside Robinsons.
And we ended up at Bayo, Iguig, Cagayan. A barangay just after the arc of Tuguegarao City. We found Angelo's Panciteria.
It is a Panciteria found on highway. A very ideal place and parking space for motorists. It has 12 nipa huts (kubo) a cool strategy to ease the hot weather in Cagayan.
Angelo's Panciteria is also surrounded by a lot of trees. It is located at the out skirt of Tuguegarao City. You can easilly recognize it because it is the one and only panciteria standing before the arc.
There are different servings being sold and we ordered Jumbo that costs 80 pesos each. Not bad for a big plate! Plus it has Calamares (squid with breadings).
Every serving is coupled with a handful of onions and egg soup. I tell you, those appetizers are super good. Well I love onions. We also ordered a mega softdrinks to give us a sound burp! What a satisfying combination.
Our hunger was paved off and our fatigue was replenished! We felt like sleeping after the meal was eaten.
Thank you very much for dropping by.
GODBLESS!
