My wife is Russian and I got to know and love through Russian cuisine. It is basically used a lot of minced meat and coated with dough,
Manti, Pelmeni, Chebureki and Vareniki are just a few of the delicious treats there are, and the best in grandmas tastes the way it is with good home-cooked food.
But here I could show you a few pictures of the great Russian Schaschlik that there are always make in the summer time. Each of the different relatives of my wife is a bit different with tomatoes in the sut with white wine or red wine but also with apple juice is the kids no problems.
And one of the best I have ever eaten was on Lake Baikal!!!
For the preparation is recommended a Mangalgrill and long flat dishes as seen in the pictures.
Our Recipe:

- Cut pork neck into 4cm x 4cm pieces, let lose fat.

Attention: Make a very strong taste, after the meat draw, after that it is not strong anymore. - Fill everything with white wine so that the mixture is just covered.
Then with a plate and a weight (eg a water bottle) concealed. - Let it run for 1 ½ days, we always do 2 days.
