The way of God is perfect; the word of the Lord is faultless.
Shield is god to those who take refuge in it. Who is God, if not the Lord?
Who is the rock, if not our god? He is the one who loves me with courage and straightens my path; Give my feet the lightness of the deer, and keep me firm in the heights.
Psalm 18: 30-33.

One of the universal laws of life says: "Everything you do has consequences." I believe that in more than one occasion we have verified the veracity of this declaration. If our decisions are good, the most likely thing is that the consequences are good. On the contrary, wrong decisions will result in negative consequences, and these will reach us sooner or later.
No one can remain as a spectator of life and simply watch how it goes. We have to get involved, and that's where decisions are vital.
They can determine the success or the faction; Life or death. The other great truth in relation to decisions is that they not only affect who takes them, but also those who are within their sphere of influence.
Women who are usually in charge of a family and the home, immersed in a myriad of activities, are pushed to make decisions constantly. Some inconsequential, but others so important that we put at stake our welfare and that of those who depend on us. I remember the case of a mother who, persuaded by her son, made the decision to allow him to leave school. Now that the son is an adult he is reproached and blames her for her own professional failure.
If in the midst of the emotions of youth a girl decides to live only for the pleasures that the world offers, it may be that the harvest of life gives her only "empty sheaves". On the contrary, if by personal decision he decides to put his will and desires under God's control, his harvest will surely be abundant.
Watch out! Not all roads will lead us to a happy ending. In the word of God we read: "There are ways that seem right to a man, but which end up being paths of death" (Proverbs 14:12). In Christ Jesus we find the best ally to make wise decisions, and if the wrong decisions you have made in the past have blocked your path, beg and say: "Lead me, Lord, on your way, direct me on the path of righteousness" (Sal 27: 11).
