My elder brother is a fishing fan. He goes ocean fishing all the time with his friends. He turns his hobbit into a business. He opened up a seafood restaurant in my home town, Putian which is in South part of China in Fujian province.
我大哥是个海钓迷。他经常和他的朋友们一起出海钓鱼。他把他的兴趣爱海转成了生意，在我们老家- 位于中国南部福建省的莆田市开了家海钓馆。
There are tons of seafood restaurant in the city, what differentiates from my brother's are-
你可能会问，市场上那么多海鲜餐厅，他的海钓馆有什么独特的地方？让我来告诉你。
1- There is really no set menu. They serve what they catch every day from ocean. All ingredients are freshly caught and the whole processing is closely monitored. No worry about food safety.
2- My brother also organizes customers for ocean fishing as an additional service.
1- 他们没有固定的菜单。每天他们从海上钓到什么他们就准备什么。所有原料货真价实。绝对新鲜。
2- 我哥还为有兴趣的朋友安排海钓行程，作为附加价值。
The restaurant is small, but the environment is nice and food is delicious. You can ask to sit in the main open dinning area on the 2nd floor or private dinning room on first floor. As the kitchen is open area, you will be able to see how the food is prepared and made.
海钓馆不大但确雅致。你可以订在二楼敞开示的地方就餐或者在一楼包间雅座里细酌。由客官你来决定。餐厅厨房全开放式，客人可以看到事物准备的全过程。
The restaurant has a wide range of variety offerings.
餐厅提供广泛的特色菜肴
Beautiful and delicious sashimi with various fishes, looks good and taste delicious.
各自海鱼刺身拼盘，造型优美，味道好吃极了。
Sushi varieties , you can order individually too.
各种寿司拼盘，也可单点。

There are a lot more other dishes. Some that you may have never seen or known. If you happen to be in Putian area, it's one of the place that you may not want to miss. My brother loves to make new friends, he would welcome you with his open heart warmly.
