Not only are chia seeds one of the healthiest foods on the planet, it's also super versatile.
On top of that, is a great source of protein, antioxidants and fiber.
My standard and favorite breakfast is chia pudding or smoothie bowls packed with chia.
I used natural food coloring to make this glass of chia pudding a bit more fancy.
This smoothie bowl has chia in it and on top as decoration.
This tiny seed will absord insanely amounts of liquid. It's actually quite impressive.
The main reason why I recommend this seed, is that you can use it in almost anything, and you can use it to make quick, easy and healthy foods.
That is a rare combo!
Chia pudding is what I recommend you try first.
I simply mix some seeds with coconut milk, let it sit in the fridge over night, mix in berries, banana, shredded coconut and honey. Or anything yummy I find in my fridge... Great for busy mornings. Which I have plenty of right now.
PS! Using the seeds like they come in the package can be a little bit hard some stomachs. If you are having trouble, you could soak them in advance.
