Well, started the Wednesday Wellbeing Club that will run for fifteen weeks from 11 August until 24 August. A weekly post for anyone who wants to make a lifestyle change during that time. Maybe increasing activity, eating more healthily, sleeping better. The Club is hosted in the Natural Medicine community.
My (alter-ego's) plan is to lose some extra weight through more healthy living with regular (daily) attention to moving more, eating well and spending some time each day in creative activity.
Later my sister and her daughter came to visit and we went for a short walk to a nearby restaurant for a meal. We decided on lots of small dishes - meat, fish and vegetables - to share. It was a big hit with my niece, she is going to bring her daughters next time!
A lovely day and I was pleased to get into bed.
