Anyone up for a quick and easy to make, healthy sweet-sour midnight snack while you make a pause in writing your next post?
Here it is heartless raspberry princess! Just made up that name - but the color is suiting and it is heartless because it is served cold. :p
First of all we will start with the list of ingredients:
- Raspberries, you can add here all sorts of berries, I didn't have anything else in my freezer.
- Biscuits - Plazma is all time favourite in Serbia, logical choice.
- Low-fat unsalted creamcheese (1% fat).
- Honey - homemade.
I' didn't state the quantities needed for this dessert as it is up to your taste.
Raspberries are just starting to defrost, I took two handfuls (big hands :)), if you like soury taste put more berries - simple. :)
Some smashed (or grounded) biscuits. I felt like procrastinating - so I did half of each :D approximately 100g
200g of low-fat unsalted creamcheese (1% fat) this is the only strict ingredient in there. Do not ask why - it is dangerous thing to ask, just accept it. :)
There we go, after we have prepared everything lets smash some raspberries.
I used blender, but you can also use potato masher or just a fork, to break the raspberries. Chose the texture you like. And put everything into one bowl.
Lets make a real princess by adding some honey - sweet of course! Two or three tablespoons of honey, depending on your taste.
To be honest I like some pieces of fruit inside a desert... but I was carried away by Morphine sound during blendering, so I had to add some more whole raspberries :)
