An advise/a letter to my younger self.
Hi everyone , how is your day going? There is a period in one's life you made mistakes, took risks ,some turned out positive and some negative.
* Every mountain, Every valley, through each heartache you will see every moment brings you closer to who you were meant to be.* Mercy Me
Dear younger me
When you came into life, things were all sweet and Rossy till specific things happened, well that is a "Story" for another day. I wouldn't want you to experience such traumatizing experience, however I would love you to pass different obstacles that will shape you to being a better woman.
Try not to be scared of attempting new things, ask questions, always converse with your mum, yes you're daddy's little girl, yet that doesn't mean your association with your mum should go haywire. You never preferred how she used the rod on you, however you can see it made you a better person. I know you are not perfect but rather people cherish the imperfect you.
I can have peace of mind only when I forgive rather than judge. Gerald Jampolsky
Don't be too quick to judge and generalize a specie of people due to the wrongdoings of others , try and learn different characters, relate more , come out of your comfort zone.
Don't rush things, take the day as it comes, clearly hurrying things can make you regret on some certain choices , some which are lessons.
In case you're confused in life look for help, no man is an island, like i wrote before don't be scared to ask questions.
Try not to give peer pressure a chance to get to you, you won't like the outcome, on the off chance that you need to do some specific things, do it cos you need to do it, don't displease yourself to please your friends.
Be quick to face your fears, they are only in your subconscious mind.
The key to success is to focus our conscious mind on things we desire, not things we fear.Brian Tracey
In conclusion, live freely, party hard without being intoxicated, ensure you have had enough before making the strong stride called marriage.
So Readers what advise would you give to your Younger self? I'd love to read from you.
