Water is crucial for life. Maintaining balance and body reactions water is something no one can deny. But there should be a specific order for drinking it.
Drinking water at irregular times has its own side effects causing imbalance and poor digestion. The more water keeps you hyderated and fresh the more it is important to make sure that you manage its intake at specific time without contradictions.
So without any time delay lets focus on the basic and best times for drinking water to get a balanced body
After wakeup
The most efficient and best time of drinking water is at morning that should not be more than 2 glasses. At this time your body is stucked up with all types of toxins and bacteria from previous nights meal so water works best in removing them filtering all your organs giving you a bright day ahead.
Before a meal
Make a proper habit of drinking one glass of water before meal. This has been proved to be quite effective according to research for maintaining equilibrium and balancing your digestive system causing it to work efficiently. Moreover it will surely minimizes the rate of weight gain causing proper stimulation of food.
After a meal
Try to avoid drinking water during meal as best as you can and make a habit of drinking it after an hour of your meal. Doing this will prove to be benficial.
#Before taking a Bath
1 glass of water before taking a bath is very important as it helps in lowering blood pressure.
