Picture is set as homescreen wallpaper only even if we set it as both homescreen and lockscreen wallpaper.

Expected behavior

I just hopped onto simple gallery and tried to set a wallpaper from there and I found a cool option which allowed me to set wallpaper for both homescreen and lockscreen and I clicked on that option and the wallpaper should have been set for both homescreen and lockscreen.

Actual behavior

Although the wallpaper was set for the homescreen but to my surprise I didn't see any change on my lockscreen wallpaper, that is it failed to set wallpaper on lockscreen as well.

How to reproduce

• Open the latest version of simple gallery
• Choose a picture and click menu
• Select "set as wallpaper" option and select "set as homescreen wallpaper and lockscreen wallpaper"
• Lock your screen and you will find that the wallpaper is not set for lockscreen.

• Operating system: Android 7.1.2
