This video demonstrates my home automation setup with a SmartThings hub at the center.
I wanted to show the possibilities of home automation for those who live in apartments, like myself.
I used a SmartThings Hub, Amazon Echo Dot w/ Alexa, Cree Connected Light Bulbs, WeMo Switch, Raspberry Pi 3, Leap Motion, iPad, iPhone 6S, Apple Watch and GE Dimmable LED Light Bulbs.
The Dashboards for controlling the various smart devices are web-based and can run on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS or Apple Watch (SmartThings App Only) and can be interacted with via touch screen, mouse & keyboard, leap motion (hand gestures) or voice commands.
