Hi, Steemit!!!
Today is #MarketFriday!!! During our stay in Krakow, Poland, we decided to visit the Cloth Halls. I thought it would be like a familiar souvenir market. I did not expect it to be such a building.
It is located in the center of Krakow's Market Square. In 1257, King Boleslaw built a double row of cloth trading shops from a stone in the middle of the market square. In the middle of the 14th century, commercial shops were added, covered with arch vaults, accessible from internal rows through arches.
This building was built in the Gothic style, it burned down in 1555. Later it was restored, but in a slightly modified style. In 1931, the cloth rows were included in the Register of Monuments of the Małopolska Voivodeship.
What is there just no !!!!!!! My eyes flashed :))) I really liked everything that was sold there and I wanted to buy a lot.
Very beautiful jewelry made of amber, stunning wood products, shawls, bags ... Very beautiful products made of felt. I was stopped only by the fact that in Israel they are not relevant for the weather :)
After much suffering with the choice, we bought my husband a leather purse.
Very beautiful Cloth rows in the late evening when the backlight turns on.
We hoped to come at a more convenient time and take good pictures but we did not succeed.
