The 9th of May is a holy day for my country because it's the 81st Anniversary of the Victory in the World War II.
Now the political situation is rather hard, that's why all mass celebrations are forbidden but still people can't ignore this day and just stay at home. Despite all difficulties people do celebrate this great holiday of Freedom from the fascism and honour the memory of soldiers and their relatives who didn't return home from that bloody war...
There are no family in Russia who wasn't touched by that war, that's why it's a common holiday for all people, and we all love and respect it.
We watched Moscoe parade on TV, and then we had a chance to see local celebrations of this holiday.
Let'ss see it together
Is this day celebrated in your place, guys?
