Tonight (Indonesia Time), I wanna share a photo of Banana Bud. Banana Bud is a part of Banana tree, here commonly known as Jantung Pisang. The term itself was taken from here.
Banana Bud has a lot of benefit for health, and here there is a traditional food dish made from it. The sample recipe could obtained from here. It was a healthy and delicious one.
