Hello everyone π§.
On 10 September 2022 (15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunar calendar), my family going to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival (δΈη§θ) or Mooncake Festival. We usually celebrate it by having family dinner, playing mini lantern at night and sharing to eat Mooncakes every year.
Mooncake is a round pastry that is usually made from red bean paste or lotus seed paste and sometimes included duck's yolk in it. Nowadays in my country, there are many varieties of Mooncakes selling in the market such as jelly mooncake with fruits, ice cream mooncake and many more.
When I'm still young, mooncake was quite pricey for my family to buy it. We usually get mooncakes as gifts from my dad's family members for many years. This year, since I'm making quite some money from my business, I want to return thanks to them by gifting mooncakes.
For my current post, I would like to share the mooncakes that we (I and my Mum) bought for gifting and also for ourselves.

At first, my planning is to buy the mooncakes myself for my families and gifting. However, my Mum also want to join in. So, she asked me to help her to order the mooncakes online from our local famous pastry's shop at Sandakan, Sabah.
