How are you all,I am Fine .Today I will share with everybody,How to make rasmalai.I think it's hard to find people who don't like Rasmalai.Let's start with how to make Rasmalai at home.

I have highlighted below all the ingredients needed to make it
Milk - 1.5 liter
Sugar - one and a half cup
Eggs-01 pcs
Baking powder 1.5 cup
A spoonful of ghee
Water 01 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons,

This is my procedure
First put 1 liter in the bowl to make lamb. When it boils, stir in the lemon juice
When the lamb is ready, take it off, filter it with a thin cloth and wash it with cold water. Squeeze the cloth well and take out the excess water. Take moth for 10 minutes.
Take the lamb in small pieces and place it on a scattering plate to make a sweet shape.
Put the sugar and water in the bowl and put it in the oven to make the syrup. Boil for 10 minutes and add the sweets. Cover the pan and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. In the meantime, the sweets will swell.
Remove the sweets from the syrup. Squeeze out the excess water inside.
In another pan, mix 1 liter of milk in half. Stir in the skim milk from the skim milk pan. When the sugar thickens, take it down and cool it. Dip sweet in milk. Sprinkle with crushed almonds before serving.
