So this might sound terrible, but you're going to have to channel your inner mean girl and play a little down and dirty this week if you want to get ahead. In the long run, it'll serve to advance your goals and get you past whatever is causing you to be in that yucky competitive back-stabby space in the first place, but yeah. You can't do what you're supposed to if others are going to sabotage, steal credit, etc. So time to beat them at their own game. Look out for yourself, remember the why, and eyes on the prize.
