Monochrome Monday Boats in the harbor
This is a post for Monochrome Monday hosted by and I thought for this week I would share some shots with a nautical theme with some of the boats in the Harbor Marina just off downtown Milford CT, Once winter hits these docks are deserted, so as much as seeing flowers growing, seeing boats returning tot he docks is a sign of warmer weather coming our way and a nice sight to see, the docks always look kind of sad when empty.
Now I have no idea about the cost of sailboats, to be honest, but I imagine there's a good chunk of change been spent for the boats in this marina

NOw New Zeland is a country where sailing and water sports is a big thing, but not for me I have only been on a sailboat a couple of times and did enjoy it. but have never considered buying one, I remember someone on the train one day telling me he owned a boat for a while and said **A boat is a hole in the water into which you pour money. **
How about you are you into sailing or own a boat?
I am not sure which I liked more in this shot the boat itself or the reflection in the water. I think this boat had a for sale sign on it from memory but I cannot find it looking at the shots I have of it, but often the boats berthed in this spot are for sale

And the same boat again from a different angle with some cool reflections with the ripples in the water
