I juice vegetables and fruits a lot. Carrots are a main staple in all my juices. I noticed that I did not burn as bad in he sun. I refuse to use sunscreen. If I did get burned it quickly turned from red to darker tan. I have a copper look from juicing so many carrots. I researched why and found this study:
