Festive salads in a hurry: salad with shrimps, avocado and grapefruit
Ingredients
- 250 g of peeled shrimp;
- 1 stem of green onion;
- 1 ripe avocado;
- 1 grapefruit;
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste).
Preparation
Quickly boil the shrimp in salty water and cool. At the same time, chop the onions, peel and slice the avocado, do the same with the grapefruit (do not forget to remove the films, otherwise the salad will be bitter).
Mix the crushed ingredients in a bowl with boiled shrimps. Place the salad in glass keramaks or glasses, season with pepper and serve to the table.
