My son has found a job
Well it is a conditional offer of employment as long as his background check comes back clean. We already know it will. This will be his first job outside of working for family. He does not have a criminal record and he does not do drugs. So we know that is going to come back all good.
My baby boy isn't really a boy anymore
He is a young man, starting to find his way in life. He has been looking for a job every day since graduation. It can be frustrating when you apply but haven't been called in to be interviewed. For him being young he doesn't realize how online applications kind of make it harder to find a job. Use to you go in fill out an application and ask to turn it in to a manager. That step helped me get jobs when I was his age. Now all of them are pretty much online applications. It seems to be harder to even get your foot in the door at some places. So glad he was able to get his foot in the door some place.
