We say we're either calm, excited, happy, joyful, fascinated, stoked, illated... or we say we're depressed, upset, angry, frustrated, pissed off, etc.
But there are really only 2 types of emotions:
The types that feel good, and the types that feel bad.We need to do more prioritizing of the great emotions if we want to live a great life.
Because isn't it true, that when we're feeling great, everything is great for us? When we're in love, in that honeymoon phase of a relationship, life is just perfect in all ways?
There are some things you can do everyday that guarantee you get put in a great mood.
The best days ever are the days that we're feeling the best emotions ever. But it's because we're feeling our best, that we expeirence the day as being the best. You should re-read that last sentence again!
When you put yourself in a great state of mind, you see the world as a great place. And that's what I want to talk with you about today in this video.
