I know with the consistency of real Hive users we have today, it won't be a surprise for me if Hive reaches $1 in the market. If it happens tomorrow, my first reaction will definitely not be to panic and sell.
If Hive get to that amount which is at $1, it definitely means that the work we have been putting in is getting more recognized, and this is a good reason for me to really analyze what I really want.
If Hive reaches $1, my plan would probably be to split between powering up my hives and selling a little bit of it, maybe like 70% / 30% between selling and holding.
I decided to sell and hold because, selling everything would be me saying i won't be part of Hive again and that's not the reason why i decided to join hive.
Now for me having 70% of my Hive powered up, it will increase my curation rewards, my voting power and also my influence in the Hive ecosystem which I believe it's a good win because I get to earn more.
Now that 30% that I decided to sell, would definitely be used for my living expenses and also nice snacks for a job welldone. I know some of the 30% money can be used for my other investments outside Hive if I decide not to spend much.
The truth is my goal has always been thesame but there might be difference in the time i spend to create content if it gets to $1, i said this because the rewards i will receive will be more, and at thesame time, it's a great opportunity to support newbies in the community.
Another fact is that, if Hive gets to $1 it doesn't really make me rich overnight, but it might reduce the pressure on me a little bit. I could continously write, learn, and contribute to Hive, and post quality genuine content which will eventually lead to a better payout.
I believe in growth, the biggest company and community today, started with a drop of water which later made a mighty ocean, Hive is not an exception, I believe in it's future and I know it has the capacity to get to $1 at a very short time.
The Hive community is everything, it will hit $1 because people believe in the community. One of the strength of Hive is that, it's not run by a company but by witnesses, curators, developers and writers, who show up daily. Every quality post I make, you make, even when someone new joins Hive, all these adds to the growth of the Hive community.
The truth is, if a large majority of Hive users power up, build by creating quality content and also keep using the app, it creates more demand for the community.
