When Ogor ran into the street, she neither looked left, right or behind. She looked ahead and ran as fast as her leg could carry her as if it was in an attempt to win a medal.
But, when she had run far, she slowed down her pace and looked behind to see if Osoka and her mother were behind her. When she saw them coming far off, she increased her pace again. But, as she ran, a banana peel by the side of the road slipped her and she fell forward and landed into a very big pit.
She sustained no injury because the pit was filled to the middle with grasses.
Ogor started crying for help and Osoka and her mother came up, they looked towards the pit in order to see the person who was crying for help, but when they discovered it was Ogor they said Okay you are the one crying for help.
Ogor begged Osika and her mother to please save her ;life from the pit because it was obvious that no one might come around that place to save her and she might just die there without having to see her parents again.
Mrs Onah, who was Osika's mother, looked at her and said, you will never get out so you better just enjoy your stay, over there.
