How are you,The closer we get to nature, the more we get into life. That eating non-toxic foods promotes longevity. You get healthier. Life can be lived happily.That's why I mentioned in my previous posts about the health benefits of addingbutterfly pea juice to our diet. I made milk rice by adding the juice of butterfly pea flowers for breakfast this morning. I wanted to share with you how I made it.
Ingredients;
- 400 grams of washed and cleaned white rice
- One tablespoon of salt cubs
- One cup of condensed coconut milk
- Two cups of melted coconut milk
- Two cups of hot water
- About forty butterfly pea flowers
The mwthod of making;
Put the broken green stalks and butterfly pea flowers in a clean bowl and add hot water. Cover with a lid and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
Put the washed and cleaned white rice in a deep pot. Next, add a tablespoon of salt. Cover the rice and add water until it is about half an inch high.
Once the rice has boiled and the water has dried, add the melted coconut milk to it. After about 5 minutes, add the condensed coconut milk.
After the condensed coconut milk has dried. Put the some of boiled rice on a greased plate and thinly . After about five minutes, cut the pieces into squares.
After about 15 minutes, add half a cup of distilled butterfly pea water to the remaining boiled rice.
Remove the pan from the stove and thinly the rice in a greased plate.
It is as follows.I only added butterfly pea water to half of the rice because the two colors are more artistic when combined.
Milk rice with blueberry flower water high in nutritional value. Butterfly pea flower water is one of the best natural remedies for all ailments in the body.
