Ingredients;
- 250g of boiled chickpeas
- 50 g of dried shrimp
- Three tablespoons of oil
- A carrot cut lengthwise
- Chopped raw green chillies
- A teaspoon of mustard seeds
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Chopped b onions
- Chopped garlic
- Ten washed and cleaned spinach leaves
The method of making;
Put the stove on medium heat and add some oil to the pan. Once the oil is heated, add the mustard seeds.
Then add chopped garlic, big onion and green chillies.
Add the cut carrots after a while.
After about two or three minutes, set the mixture aside in the pan and bring the dried shrimp to a tempere.
Now add boiled chickpea.
Then add the chilli pieces and salt powder.
Mix everything well and after 2 minutes turn off the stove.
Now add the spinach leaves and cover with a lid and leave for about ten minutes.
