We had a lot of rain today.Today I will show you how to make a tasty snack for those who are hungry on a rainy day, or those who are hungry often. This is equally suitable for dinner and breakfast. Those are vegetable spring rolls. So let's see how to make spring rolls.
Ingredients;
- One and half cups of plain flour
- 200ml of oil
- Two teaspoons of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of vinegar
- A teaspoon of chilli sauce
- Four cloves of garlic
- 50 grams of cabbage
- 50 grams of carrots
- 50 grams of leeks
- Two green chilli pods
- One and half teaspoons of salt powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- 180ml of water
- Two tablespoons of corflour
The method of making;
First, wash and clean the garlic, green chillies, leeks and cabbage and cut them into very small pieces.Grate the carrot.
Now put a pan on the stove and add two table spoons of oil to the pan. When the oil heats up, add the chopped garlic and fry until golden brown.
Add chopped green chillies and small leek leaves and reduce the heat on the stove and cook in normal quantity.
Add grated carrot and finely chopped cabbage.
Then add a teaspoon of vinegar to it.
Then add tomato sauce and stir.
Add one teaspoon of salt powder, half teaspoon of chili powder, two teaspoons of tomato sauce and pieces of chili and stir.
Leave the mixture to cool down and now transfer two table spoons of flour from the plain flour mixture to another bowl.
Add two tablespoons of cornflour and half a teaspoon of salt powder to the excess flour mixture and stir.
Add water little by little to make a liquid flour mixture.
Since spring rolls are making very thin, we have to sift this through a sieve as there are undissolved parts in this flour mixture.
There is a non-stick pan, so we don't need to apply oil in this pan. Otherwise, we should spread about a drop of oil well, add 2 table spoons of the liquid flour mixture and thin it around to make these rolls.
These rolls do not need to be cooked for more than a minute in the oven, because we fry them in more oil. That's why the two sides should be cooked for about a minute.
As you may remember, we added two tablespoons of flour in a separate bowl. Make a normal thick liquid by adding water little by little to this bowl.
Now let's make spring rolls. Thin a roll made for this, and place 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture made for it.
Spread the thickened flour liquid made as shown in the picture.
Fold as shown.
Again spread the thickened flour liquid as shown in the picture.
Fold this roll as shown in the diagram.
Now add oil to the pan and when the oil is hot, reduce the heat. Then you have to fry the spring rolls until golden.
These vegetable spring rolls are a snack that is meant to be enjoyed hot. He is really tasty and crispy. Especially I think it is good in terms of nutrition and quality.
