Hello Hello Hivians
It's Wednesday and I was full of great intentions to get out early, but things happened so here is a snapshot of a walk from last Friday.
I was on my way there ...
There being Burntisland where I used to live ...
The weather was dreich but Scotland being Scotland, five minutes later it was a fine Spring Day.
At the Links Park there is a plaque which seemed to have a new addition!
Can you spot who ...
Burtisland's People with a new SuperStar!
Ach Matilda gets everywhere!
And where now, was here, the Doctor's surgery!
It used to be that the pharmacy collected the prescriptions from the doctor and you went to the pharmacy to collect your meds.
Good job I phoned, they stopped doing that, so I had to go to the Doctor then take to the Pharmacy then wait for it to be collected. This took an hour and gave me an excuse to go walking.
Not before admiring the roof on our old house, which was handy as it was right opposite the Doctor's surgery!
I do have more pictures but they are on my camera's memory card and well you will have to make do with the phone for the now!
Let's go!
#alwaysaflower I do love them
Sometimes there are weeds, but to me they're all wildflowers and gorgeous in colour and fragrance!
The path you see is actually one of three that you can take.
I choose this one on the left as it is on the headland.
But today's post is flowers and sausages!
Can't you imagine fairies and Tinkerbell flying in and out of the wee bells!
And the colours I almost think it is a lilac.
I was surprised to see a Daffodil so late in the year!
We did have a beautiful February and a magical March weather wise, then April was awful and May has been cold, so the poor flowers don't know if they are coming or going!
Don't you just love bluebells?
OR is it just me ...
I know you are not really a flower person but you must admit that those really are gorgeous!
However time was marching on and I had a date with the pharmacy.
So it was collect the meds and pop into our local butcher ...
Yes I bought a whole host of meat, pies, bridies and sausage rolls.
Those were pork sausages, and man were as ever just delicious!
Proper British Butcher's sausages, you can't beat them!
