Right then, if you know me then you know I like positive things and positive terminology and don't like the N (-ve) word.
For example .... bucket list ... get that to f...luff
It is a list to do before you kick the bucket, as in keel over, check out, visit the big man in the Sky! ... I prefer a positive spin your to do list is fine.
Likewise retiring is associated with stopping.
Retire from what, stop from what... life?
Naw I love life I love fun and I will keep going!
I might tire, but I will be fluffed if I retire!
I remember retirement it was like a death sentence.
Oh there is so and so, he retires next week, ah well he will be goosed in 6 months. It was like they did nothing after they stopped working. Or they golfed or bowled, well that is fine in the summer, but the UK winter nah you don't do that.
However times have moved on, and gone are the days when people spent 40 years at one job in one place.
I have trouble enough staying in one continent let alone a county or a city!
Money, we will always need money...
I know some people can barter their way through life, me I need money. Passive income now that is what I would want, and in some respects that is why have been dabbling in crypto for the last ten years.
You might have seen some pictures in this post ... I took them all today and they will add to my answer when I get to the question!
So back to the collaboration and the prompt in question ...
I suffer from boredom ... I get bored very easily. I am spontaneous and a bored spontaneous person can do some strange things...
I think I have the wanderlust of the wizard shown Sir Michael Scott.
The one beauty of technology advancing so fluffing fast is that in theory we can do so much workwise from home or from anywhere. That can also mean we can choose what hours we want to do things.
For those of us with health problems and in particular irregular sleeping patterns that is a godsend.
As long as there are still companies wanting things from me then, I will carry on with consulting.
Mrs T for those who don't know hails from the US but prefers here to there.
Although we have discussed getting an RV and driving all over America more North than Central of South.
Free as a bird, is what I want to be, well don't we all.
Fun is what we need.
Take today for example, this morning we had great weather and being Friday, Mrs T was not working, so it was a case of let's fluffing go and get some fresh air.
That is the beauty of retirement that I envisage ,,, having the time to do what you want, when you want. The only missing in that recipe is having enough money to do it ...
I have been wanting to bring Dreemport and Silver Bloggers together for ages, and thanks to 
There have been some wonderful thoughts on retirement, it has been a joy to read.
The bottom line is I will keep busy and active till the day I drop, I think retirement is a word that really no longer has a logical meaning for most of us!

So all those pictures were taken by me today on our walk when people were doing the traditional working day.
That is what I want retirement to be, doing what we want when we want.
I had fun reading Tired of... not being Retired! by 
He talks about his want to go retire so to speak and travel the world by boat. For us we are wanting to do that on a smaller scale and on the canals of England and Wales in a narrow boat, similar to something like the boat below.
If crypto recovers then that most certainly is more than a possibility!
