This beauty is in the north of Chile, at the altitude of 4300 meters. Its name is El Tatio Geyser or the Crying Granny (translated from the old andean language). People in the region consider themselves part of unique nation without borders - andeans. Is amazing and is definitely worths to pay it a visit. Is moody and might spit on you at 4am in the morning, but his bubbling becomes more friendly around 6-7, as the day goes by.
Is part of my #noplans traveling. I arrived here (San Pedro de Atacama at 2400 m) and I was the only one who has no plans for the following days. People come here with the lessons made, know everything about tours and they can describe it in details before seeing them. So I just pick the 2 most challenging ones and with the best name (according to me): sand boarding and the geyser.
I am very happy with what I've seen and I dont have the feeling I was missing anything from the plate.
