We have known all along that death is an inevitable part of human life. We have no control over it, except to the extent of delaying it temporarily by maintaining healthy bodies.
Accepting calmly the fact that death comes along like everything else in this world, can make a person divert his energies toward changing things that he can change. This means we can choose to be well and happy while we are still alive. Some tips I gather from my readings to reduce your fear of death.
* Be a friend to your body and be aware of its needs.
* Give your body work and rest. Don't let yourself become excessively fatigued from either work or play.
* Eat a balanced nutritious diet.
* Enjoy each moment as a gift from your Creator, your GOD.
