It seems as though the E-mail 'dying horse' is being hitched to the Benghazi 'dead horse' to try and resurrect both of them...Even IF this was a CIA operation...there is STILL no 'smoking gun' here! When fact becomes conjecture then the 'truth' has yet to be told!
