After more than 90 years and three generations of one family, this industrial cleaners and laundromat has now sat abandoned since 2018. The company is still striving in two other locations but this building sits in the downtown of a small town that is currently facing a crossroads. An aging population who wants to keep the town as is and a government that see's that without changes the town will slowly die off.
In this back and forth, some progress has been made and the plans for this building is demolition and for a eight story building replacing it. A plan that even the former owner agrees is the right move for the town. Thankfully we got a last look inside before the plan moves forward!
