Tonight I made a meatless Chinese stir fry. This is a Chinese Hoison cauliflower stir fry. Lots of veggies and flavor. Ingredients and recipe below. Video coming soon!

INGREDIENTS:
small cauliflower florets
1/2 sliced onion
1 1/2 cups sliced bell peppers
2 stalks sliced celery
1 can rinsed and drained water chestnuts
4-5 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp. Hoison sauce
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1-2 chopped green onions.

In a wok on medium high add oil and minced garlic. Cook and stir for about 15-20 seconds.
Add cauliflower florets. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add a little water and cover. Steam for 2 minutes.
Add celery and water chestnuts. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Add bell peppers and onions. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and Hoison sauce. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
Enjoy.
