I tried to post this using the Ulogs editor but for some reason, I couldn't get it to load! I've had a lot going on the last couple of weeks. I've been steadily losing weight. Currently, I've been averaging about 4 pounds lost per week. I'm doing a ketogenic diet, but for some reason, I'm having a hard time getting my body in a state of ketosis. The good news is, I'm losing weight, and I think I'm going to do some hardcore intermittent fasting between now and easter. Hopefully, I can knock off a bunch of weight before Easter then reward myself with a couple cheat days.
I need to get on the treadmill again too. I've been updating my CSS and H5 skills. I'm working on web design for a new client and putting physical fitness on the backburner! I need to make some time for fitness.
As far as HTML5 and CSS3 go I signed up for a bunch of boot-camps and I'm really happy I did. I really didn't realize how dated my HTML and CSS skills were. I've learned a lot over the last two weeks. Once I finish these boot-camps I'm polishing up on my JavaScript then learning nodeJS for a project I've been wanting to try. There's a #100DaysOfCode challenge on Twitter and I'm going to start participating in that. It's a challenge to code something every day for 100 days straight. I think today is my 5th day :)
So like a lot of the east coast we got hit with that nasty weather. The perfect combination of high wind, rain and snow. My neighbor's roof blew off and a tree fell on top of my friend's apartment. A bunch of trees fell down in the neighborhood park a couple of blocks from my house. The park used to be filled with trees but between an ice storm about ten years ago and this storm, they need to plant some trees. Wild ass weather!
Well, that's pretty much what I'm up to. Playing SteemMonsters updating H5 and CSS skills while prepping myself to learn nodeJS. Happy Monday everyone!
