Don't let small things stop you from making big changes.
Sometimes when we are learning new things, or not feeling well anything can become daunting. Weather you want to learn to sing, play an instrument, meditate, yoga, workout. An hour or more of something to begin with can leave you doing nothing. One of the valuable lessons we have learned is that it doesn't matter how long you do it for. iTs that you take that time out to focus everyday and do it. Even if its just for a few minutes, that focus and attention every day will compound itself. Before you know it accomplishing longer intervals of study or practice has become easily achieved. We have gotten fairly talented at many instruments by squeezing in only a few minutes of playing ever few days. It does wonders over the course of years as you forget that it was once a strenuous task!
Arcane Conclusion
Same thing can go for posting on Steemit. You don't always need an immense amount of information to share. But dont let that stop you, use what you have, even if its only a few minutes, squeeze in that extra work. You will feel grateful for it later as the compound effects of consistent exploration of the thoughts feelings and ideas you can share here with us. We only had a short time to do everything before we have to take our car to the mechanic to get it inspected. In that hour and a half, we dit in stretching, meditation, bathing, recording this video and editing a post. All in under and hour, giving each task around 15 minutes to complete before drinking our coffee and heading out the door. With all these things, sure we didnt achieve lots in eatiher one of them, but at least we achieved a little bit in all of them, and we feel satisified moving on to our next more conditioned daily task. Like the mechanics.
We hope you enjoyed our little rant. Thanks for following along our journey.
