For everybody that knows me, the fact that I’m a huge Bob Dylan fan is no surprise. I have been for quite some time, most of the songs I play are his, and I am heavily influenced by him. Although I would never compare my stuff to his, I don’t think they would measure up very well. This song I herd it first on the movie “The big Lewobsky” a movie with Jeff bridges portraying “The dude”, one of my favourite characters in cinematic history. It has everything you would want from Dylan, a simple sound but poetic as no one else’s. I love this type of his songs, not the ones that are more “serious” like “pawn in the game”, “masters of war” or even “times they are a-changing”. I love when he applies his words, his verses, his sound, b to simple things. They are not great tales about was right and wrong, is not big, massive or epic. It’s just a love song, and in the end, aren’t all songs love songs?
