A beautiful day for a run, unfortunately it was hill repeats on my plan π
Steady pace up the steepest part of the hill, then walk & jog back down as recovery; repeat 5 times, or until losing the will to live π€ͺ
Anyway, itβs another few meters of elevation gained towards my mountainous goal π―
