Before getting on the road to the home place, I had a few little jobs to do in the garden. A quick tidy up on the bed of strawberries, and then digging up some raspberry plants that have sprung up in the lawn. Herself is adamant that wayward raspberry plants must be killed or removed ASAP, so the 6 plants came with me in the boot of the car on the 250km journey 😂
I dropped 3 in to my buddy, and brought the other 3 to plant where I grew up.
After an uneventful journey (my favourite kind!) I arrived and realised in will have to cut the grass here too, but it can wait till tomorrow 🤦♂️
Spent an hour or so taking mom around the garden for some fresh air in the sunshine, because let’s face it, in Ireland good weather rarely lasts for more than a few days in a row!
