The online retail giant Overstock.com, Inc. is now accepting multiple cryptocurrencies as payment, not just bitcoin anymore.
They recently added to their payment list Ether and Litecoin with more crypto options to come.
Cool statement from Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne:
"Overstock is pro-freedom, including the freedom of individuals to communicate information about value and scarcity without relying on a medium created through the fiat of unaccountable government mandarins."
Hopefully more US based businesses will follow Overstock.com's lead.
