Good morning guys! Today i still have not any doms on shoulders, but I still have painful doms from monday's back workout!
Today I will have an arms workout! I'm training in monofrequency due to low kcal and a lack of recovery capacity.
Today's Diet

- 250g Pulled pork
- 200g potatoes
- Veggies
Meal 3/ Post Wo
- 250g Pulled pork
- 200g potateos
- Veggies

- 60g Turkey
- 30g spelled bread
Today's Workout - Biceps & Triceps
- Barbell curl 15-12-10-6-6-6-6
- Alternate Dbs curl 10-8-8-6
- Single arm curl Scott Dbs 2 sets of 10 reps with peak contraction
- Single cable curl 2 sets of 10 reps with max stretch
- Dbs curl 2 sets of 8/10 reps w/ peak contraction + max reps w/out PC + alternate curl PC + max reps w/out PC
- Cable pushdown 12-12-10-10-8-6-6
- Dips 15-15-12
- 10' cardio in inclined tapis roulant

Today i allow myself to eat some potatoes, in these times they look like a dessert for me eheh
