New Weapon is Found
I finally have something to use in this castle model I have been seeing, that has a red skull inside it locked. So once it was activated I only had to move the ball around by tilting the model to ensure the ball gets to where it should be.. which it was easy enough and then, the crimson skull was mine to take as a prize.
Once I had sold it for 8000 Lei and bought the better pistol mag for been ammo capacity, I was ready to head back out into the castle and continue my progress.
Finally I realise the statues in front of the door near the Duke, required angel masks to complete them so now I will be looking for the other three, in order to complete the set and see what that ends up getting me.
Back up to Lady Dimitrescu's room and other rooms near it. I found the lady's lipstick so I will hold onto this.. but I went and checked out the piano you have to play the notes for, which took a little time to get the right notes but I managed to do it. I got the Iron Insignia Key from it, which should open some important doors I would think!
After making my way through some doors and also a previously unopened door due to needing the iron insignia key, I worked my way into a room which had the locust swarm from another one of the daughters. The locusts were biting me and I got hurt, needing to heal up and attempt to shoot at the glass above without realising, it is something that requires activating a nearby level that opens up the glass ceiling.
At one point she managed to slice me open a little, with the blade she was using and making my blood go around the place. This made me mad and start shooting her with the pistol once the shots were clear.. but I required the room to be open and for this, I had to activate the lever in order to have her freezing up from the cold. I did this a few times and eventually, had her frozen so I could smash her to pieces, getting another crystal torso!
This room had multiple bits of loot between some shotgun shells, handgun ammo and a herb I could use for my chem fluid to be made.
Nothing further nearby but the Mask of Joy was waiting, on a nearby statue for me to take and this would be the second I had found.
Suddenly in my exploration and opening of doors.. I found this cool room with paintings and some bells that had to ring out in this chamber.
It took a short while to find out where all the bells were that I had to shoot to ensure they would ring, but I found them all including the one outside.
I watched as the giant painting opened up to reveal a new way which leads up to the top of one of the castle towers. Inside here besides some treasure maps and loot and a hooded thing, there was a sniper rifle I got to gain as a new weapon, something I could use for further shooting and killing. Looks like I got to be ready for whatever comes next, as I brace to step out onto the rooftops and find whatever is in store.
