Our current minds and our ability to only see up to the 3rd dimension make seeing the 4th dimension impossible. We could make up interpretations and our views of it but since the 4th dimension is seeing a timeline from the past, present, and future of the perceived object, our minds wouldn't really be able to comprehend it and leave us gob smacked.

But yes, the 4th dimension is time based and being able to use that would drastically advance the human race.
