I don't know what is the reason behind this power down. But I think this is one of the huge power down of STEEMIT platform so far. 8 months ago Hive account@steemit did his last power down and in this time he is powering down 5,496,512.513 STEEM at once. For me this is huge and I actually don't know how it will impact on price of STEEM as well.
