Most of the quality post i have read so far is from minnow who after making such a post receive some cents from it. most of these minnow over time have their zeal fissile out because of lack of support.
Most minnow keep chasing the whales, always commenting on their post, month after month the whale will not even notice them or even to bless them with just a click, for the minnow is like chasing a wind.
My advise to minnows like me is to stop chasing only the whales, widen out by commenting and up voting fellow minnow post it is a source of encouragement. most minnow you see today in the next three months will grow bigger.
Whether you are minnow, a whale or a dolphin let us encourage others to see reasons to remain in this community, "together we can".
