Hi Friends,
I hope me speaking with you finds you well! I wanted to follow up since my last post. I spoke about taking time to do something for yourself. I know it can be hard because life is a whirlwind and can easily sweep you away. Did you treat yourself to a good book or a tasty treat? I worked 12 hours and went straight to the gym.... The more I go, the more I become even more confident and feel as though I am on top of the world. I have felt out the gym and its equipment and found machines and workouts that work great for me! Do you have a specific machine you look forward too? I look forward to my 10 minute jog on the treadmill... today I added 5 more minutes! By the time I get to the treadmill, I know my workout is almost complete! I have provided a few photos below containing parts of my workout. ( photos are not perfect, but neither am I)
