| 2.00 tablespoons cilantro | |
| 1.00 package hot dog buns | |
| 6.00 hot dogs | |
| 1.00 jalapeno | |
| 2.00 tablespoons lime juice | |
| 2.00 cups pineapple | |
| 0.25 cups red onion | |
| 0.25 cups teriyaki sauce |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium high heat. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice; set aside. Wrap each hot dog in a strip of bacon.
Step 2
Add hot dogs to the grill and cook until the bacon is brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. To assemble the hot dogs, add the hot dogs into each hot dog bun. Top with pineapple salsa and drizzle teriyaki sauce on each hot dog.
Step 3
Serve immediately.
